Our Contact Centre agents are supported by sophisticated telephone management systems enabling our agents to employ individual tailored salutations. Working from agreed scripts they are able to manage the most complex of supply chain requirements, from coupled reverse logistics transactions to time critical least cost delivery services.

PODs and POCs are a critical requirement in the management of any supply chain.

All transactions undertaken by the Contact Centre are backed up with a comprehensive reporting suite, enabling our customers to manage their inventories with the least amount of resource and the maximum amount of visibility.

We track the movements of our engineers as well as the spares. Our customers are able to access via an internet based portal, view the status of faults as well as what actions have been carried out on a fault, the time it has taken to rectify a fault and the spares that have been used.
