Huawei Technologies have been impressed with the support provided by TS Technology Services to install their next generation core and access equipment into the BT 21st Century Network across the UK. The project includes providing innovation and agile deployment services, key to delivering equipent from China to coincide with installation on site. This is the largest telecommunications project to be undertaken in the UK putting us at the leading edge of IP technology.

E.ON Central Networks has selected TS Technology Services to act as the main contractor to manage the network design, site management, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, system migration, de-commissioning, logistics support, and maintenance of their new operational communications network across Central England. E.ON Central Networks and Technology Services have forged a long-term partnership which is providing mutual benefits.

Airwave Solutions has selected TS Technology Services to provide nationwide logistics services to their field maintenance engineers. This includes managing the complex spare parts and repair logistics to ensure replacement parts are available using 'intelligent boxes' strategically located across the country for engineers to pick up spare parts and return faulty parts efficiently.

Through management of all third party repair vendors, including RMA generation, warranty management, demand analysis, and management reporting, we have vastly improved service performance levels ensuring that critical equipment is screened, repaired, and returned promptly to guarantee availability in the field.

Cable & Wireless has used TS Technology Services for over ten years to provide screening and repair services for legacy equipment within their UK wide telecommunications network. We provide a comprehensive service, screening for no-fault founds and beyond economical repairs to minimise repair costs, and continually resolve obsolescence and unsupported equipment issues to keep critical equipment operational using quality repair processes.

In Renewal
Kingston Communications eliminated a large capital spend by using TS Technology Services to recover used equipment in an unknown condition. Working equipment was quickly returned and where possible faulty items were repaired. The remaining items were re-sold or recycled to maximise recovery of materials and to provide certificated proof of WEEE compliance
