Senior Management Team

Kevin Scott-Cowell - Managing Director

Kevin has 25 years experience working in the telecoms, defence and electronics industries, both in manufacturing and service. He has previously held management and director positions at BT, Nortel, Ericsson, GEC Marconi (now BAE Systems) and CRC Group before joining TS Technology Services in October 2005.

Kevin has a degree in Systems Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, and has a MBA from Cardiff University.


	Martin Green - General Manager, TS Space and Defence Accountable for Managing and Developing business within the UK Space and Defence Sector. Responsible for teams of highly trained operators, engineers and information technology specialists providing exceptional level of service to our customers within the UK Space and Defence Sector including, QinetiQ and various MoD Integrated Project Teams. Generally operating on customer premises the teams have skills ranging from IT Security, Project Management and Operation / Maintenance of Satellite Ground Stations. Martin graduated from Southampton University in 1990, majoring in Oceanography and Physics.

John Phillips - Repair Operations Director

Having over 20 years Senior Operations Management experience in the Military and Telecommunications Industry, particularly in network maintenance and equipment repair, John is responsible for the following operations:-

Day to day management of our 'state of the art' Repair facility
Research into new and emerging technologies
Support of Field Operations and Sales Team in securing new business
Provision through intercommunications of an outstanding repair service for our customers
Constantly strive for improved service through management of SLA and KPI targets

John has managed worldwide repair facilities; long and short haul radio communication centres including microwave and Military Satellite Communications systems. Working all over the world

John has many years of management experience from small independently targeted military units to large customer focused repair teams of over 500 engineers.


	John Arthur - Field Operations Director Having 12 years Senior Operations Management experience in the communications industry, particularly in the customer service sector, John is responsible for the following Operations - UK wide Installation and commissioning - UK wide field Maintenance - Project and Programme Management John has managed large UK wide installation and maintenance workforce divisions in addition to the large backup fault management and customer service contact centres. Field forces have been involved in both B2B and B2C operations.


	Neil Bartlam - Group Financial Controller A qualified Chartered Accountant who joined the business in February 2004. Having a team of 8 who are responsible for Finance and IT Systems support, providing all management and financial reporting information to the business. Has previous experience as a Finance Director in diverse businesses, including FMCG, rail, motor industry and vehicle rental leasing.


	Peter Radford - Supply Chain Operations Director Peter joined TS Technology Service in January 2006 with a background in Supply Chain and Customer Operations in the Mobile Telecoms market and is now the Supply Chain Director. Peter has 20 years experience in account management, operations management and business process design in the telecoms and print technology industries.


	Laurence Marcham - Business Development Director A PhD educated engineer who joined the business in March 2005. Laurence is now the Business Development Director managing the Sales and Marketing team of 8 who are responsible for the account management and business development functions for the company. Laurence has proven experience in systems engineering, programme/product management, sales & marketing, and business development in diverse technology markets, including Space & Defence, Electrical & Electronics, and Control & Automation.


	Maria Taggio - HR Manager An experienced Human Resources professional/generalist in all aspect of HR with experience in many industries including Petrochemical, (Water/Oil/Gas), Manufacturing, NHS, Education and Retail. With other strong broad ranging skills which include Pensions Administration & Trustee, Payroll, Insurance, Risk Management, Health and Safety and Employee Benefits (Bupa, PHI, Critical Illness and Life Assurance). Having joined TS Technology Services in November 2005 I will be providing a full HR service to all staff and Managers within the Company.
