Success for TS Technology Services of Solihull with major telecoms service contracts results in new appointments
Following its success in winning major telecoms service contracts, TS Technology Services, part of the global Tyco International group and one of the industry's leading providers of life-cycle service solutions for technology markets, has appointed telecoms specialist Peter Radford as a Key Account Manager.
TS's customers include many of the leading names among telecoms service providers. Peter Radford will play an important role in helping TS provide these companies with advanced life-cycle service and support facilities to complement their own operations and enhance the efficiency of their service and telecoms logistics operations.
Peter joins TS Technology Services from the CRC Group where he was Customer Programme Manager for over 2 years and where he gained extensive experience in Operations and Account Management for major telecoms customers. He was also Operations Director for several years with Project Telecom, now part of Vodaphone. In his new role, Peter Radford reports directly to Managing Director Kevin Scott-Cowell.
